What happens next

You send the form or you call. I'll ask what the occasion is, roughly how many people, where you are and what kind of room you're in — because that's what decides which show fits, and sometimes it decides that none of them do.

Then you get a straight answer about the date and the fee. Same day, usually within a few hours.

If it isn't a fit I'll say so. I'd rather tell you that in an email than in your living room.
